Ultra Paws Acquires Pedigree Perfection International, Inc.

As part of the purchase, Ultra Paws has received all products, patents and trademarks from Pedigree Perfection International Inc., including their 100 percent waterproof boot, PawTectors.
Headquartered in Sunrise, Fla., Pedigree Perfection International has manufactured a variety of dog gear product lines. A shared business philosophy, unique designs, patents and commitment to quality can describe both companies.
“By incorporating Pedigree Perfection International Inc. into the Ultra Paws business, Phyllis and I are thrilled that our family legacy lives on,” said Rhonda Meloro, owner of Pedigree Perfection International Inc.
