To support its rapid international growth, The Company of Animals has hired Bianca Rossi as the head of Marketing, Americas.

As part of her new role, Rossi will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of The Company of Animals’ Marketing Strategy, including, B2B and B2C campaign development, trade and digital marketing initiatives, budget management and execution along with various public relations and social media marketing responsibilities. Rossi will be working closing with the company’s Americas sales team, currently led by Vice President Cody Rossi (of no relation), and with the company’s Product Management and Operations teams to execute these, along with other initiatives to contribute to growth in the Americas.

“We are thrilled to welcome Bianca to our team,” said Paul Nolan, CEO of The Company of Animals’ Americas Division. “She comes with a wealth of modern-day marketing experience and will be instrumental in helping us share our story with customers. Bianca shares our passion for pets and is already adding tremendous value.

Rossi is no stranger to the pet industry, having previously served as an associate digital marketing manager at Outward Hound. She brings an array of knowledge to her new role, including experience in e-Commerce, digital and trade marketing along with a strong background in social media, content management, influencer marketing, and consumer and trade event marketing.
