Spring Naturals Donates 200,000 Pounds of Dog Food

May 4, 2015

In a continued effort to support animal rescues, Spring Naturals has supplied 200,000 pounds of dog food to RPAL Pet Rescue Donation and Distribution Center, the Dallas-based organization that provides food and other pet-related products to over 100 Rescues and Shelters that collectively support over 7,000 dogs and cats every day.

Valued at a retail price of approximately $225,000, the contribution equates to over 7,000 26-pound bags and is expected to feed over 5,000 dogs for a month.

“The generosity and support of the entire Spring Naturals team has been simply phenomenal!” said Judy Griggs of RPAL. “RPAL Rescue Center works all day, every day to find food to help feed over 7,000 dogs, cats and ferrets currently in the care of over 100 Animal Rescue and Shelter organizations in Texas. On behalf of the RPAL Member organizations, the RPAL Team and all the little ones waiting for their forever homes, all paws up to Spring Naturals for helping us help them!”
