Listen to this articleFor its dedication and support of the independent pet store retailer, Phillips Pet Food & Supplies was presented with the Program Innovator of the Year award for its iT kit by the Pet Industry Joint Advisory Council (PIJAC) during its 2015 Top2Top conference.
Phillips developed the iT Kit to provide the independent pet retailer the business building services and marketing programs they need to compete with big box retailers. The iT Kit provides the independent retailer access to tools that address their three primary concerns: driving new customers into their stores, enhancing the customer’s shopping experience and retaining customers to keep them coming back to their store.
