Phillips Pet Food & Supplies has acquired the distribution business of Barnes Supply Company.

For over 20 years, Barnes Supply Company has been both a distributor in the North Carolina market as well as the owner of a retail location, which the company will retain.

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies began as a family owned and operated business in 1938. Today, it has 16 distribution centers located across the country.
