Phillips Opens New Distribution Center in Texas

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies will open a full-service distribution center in the Dallas Fort-Worth area.

The new center will allow Phillips to improve its distribution services to Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi and give independent retailers in those markets better access to Phillips’ products. This new facility will be the company’s sixteenth distribution center.

Independent retailers in these states will now be able to order a full range of Phillips’ supplies and consumables with added convenience. In addition, Phillips’s award-winning independent marketing toolbox, the iT Kit will be available to these retailers. The iT Kit is a toolbox that is filled with affordable, integrated business solutions that allows retailers to market and compete like a big box supplier.

The company anticipates that the new facility will be operational in September 2015 and will create new job opportunities in the local community
