Phillips Pet Food and Supplies has acquired Dizzy Dogg.

Dizzy Dogg is a distributor in the Chicago market. This acquisition allows Phillips to expand into the Chicago market and offer those customers the Phillips portfolio of products.

The Dizzy Dogg management team, Kyle Wessels, along with the outside sales team and transportation drivers will remain intact.
