Phillips Adds Xtreme Aquatic Foods to Product Selection

May 2, 2019

Press release: Phillips Pet Food & Supplies

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies, a leading pet product distributor serving the independent pet channel, recently added Xtreme Aquatic Foods to its distribution centers in Florida, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Pennsylvania and South Carolina.

Xtreme freshwater and saltwater tropical fish foods are sourced, farmed and manufactured in the USA from sustainable marine and plant proteins. Each formula has a minimum of three proteins, and the foods are non-GMO and have no hormones or artificial color enhancements.

The foods include PeeWee for tropical community tanks, Crave Flakes for freshwater community tanks, Monster for large freshwater fish, Big Fella for larger tropical fish, Cat Scrapers for bottom-feeding scavenger fish, and Nano for fish breeding.

Xtreme was originally manufactured in small batches on a fish farm and sold only to retail stores as store feed. After requests from hobbyists for the foods, Xtreme formulas were commercialized with the highest nutritional standards.
