On a mission to raise awareness about the importance of providing pets with access to fresh, filtered water and the availability of pet fountains to fit any lifestyle, PetSafe brand has partnered with its retailers to promote Pet Hydration Month in stores and online throughout July.
“According to a study PetSafe brand conducted in 2015, 73 percent of pet owners interested in the category researched online and 61 percent visited a pet store to learn more about the product before making a purchase,” said Sarah Beene, category manager for PetSafe water and feed solutions. “We want to make it easier for our retail partners to start a conversation with pet owners who visit their stores about proper hydration and our wide array of pet fountains.”
PetSafe brand has offered its retail partners an expanded assortment of hydration-themed materials for use in stores and online. These assets include a floor stand, shelf wobblers, floor decals and endcap header signs, each providing information about the importance and health benefits of proper hydration.
For the 2017 Pet Hydration Month campaign, PetSafe brand has developed several printable or downloadable infographics that provide hydration facts and outline easy ways to encourage pets to drink more water.
Alongside Pet Hydration Month, PetSafe brand launched the new, whisper quiet PetSafe Drinkwell Seascape Pet Fountain, which will be available to retailers July 2017.
