PetFlow, a retail brand of specialty pet food and supplies, has unveiled a new digital retail experience for customers and launched a charity initiative.

The company continues to offer customers pet supplies with convenient subscription and auto-ship options for nearly 10,000 products. The newly revamped PetFlow.com provides a richer consumer experience with individualized support, including live chats with other pet parents who are extensively trained to provide data-driven recommendations.

“After six years and millions of deliveries, we took a step back and asked our customers how we could do more,” said PetFlow CEO Michael Lackman. “The new PetFlow is built around what our customers told us.”

PetFlow has also introduced a charitable initiative called Good Deeds. The program donates one bowl of food to a pet in need for every box the company ships to customers.

“Good Deeds goes beyond giving food to shelters,” Lackman said. “Every pet deserves a loving home and this program is our way of channeling the collective energy of our customers so as many pets as possible enjoy that dignity.”
