Pet Sitters International and Motorola Partner for Trial

November 25, 2014

One hundred pet sitters will win a Motorola Scout 1500 pet monitoring system in a promotional trial being sponsored by Motorola and Pet Sitters International (PSI).

The pet monitors’ trial program will work as an extended contest through PSI’s magazine, website and member e-newsletter.

“When considering the benefits of the Motorola Scout 1500, we thought pet sitters around the country would benefit greatly from the product features,” said Jordan Riggs, president of Binatone North America. “We are very excited to be working with Pet Sitters International, the world’s leading association for professional pet sitters.”

“We are excited to be partnering with Motorola for this extended contest trial,” says Patti Moran, founder and president of PSI. “PSI’s professional pet-sitting members are committed to providing the best service possible and this system will provide them with an excellent way to keep an eye on clients’ pets even when they are not in the same room.”

The Scout 1500 system includes an indoor self-contained video camera that can be placed on any flat surface and a wall mountable, fully weatherproof, outdoor video camera. The indoor camera includes a high-sensitivity microphone and speaker that allows pet sitters to hear and speak to pets.
