BSM Partners, the largest full-service pet care research, consulting and strategy-to-shelf product innovation firm, recently announced that Kait Wright has been named senior analyst for consumer insights.

Wright brings a wealth of B2B and B2C expertise, honed through her extensive experience in both the management consulting and food industries. She has collaborated with leading global brands in food service, CPG, hospitality, and various other sectors, helping them build their brands and connect with consumers both locally and internationally.

With a proven track record in survey design, qualitative methodology, and market research best practices, Wright will apply her research acumen to the pet industry, driving clients’ initiatives to help them reach their full potential.

A lifelong cat owner, Wright currently resides in Salt Lake County, Utah, with her two furry friends. She is also actively involved in her local community, having worked with feral cats through a TNR (trap-neuter-return) program. Wright received her B.S. in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
