Marketing Expert Lynn Switanowski to Lead SuperZoo Retail Monday Education Session

June 14, 2016

World Pet Association (WPA) has announced that marketing expert Lynn Switanowski will lead a Marketing Boot Camp during SuperZoo as part of its Retail Monday education program.

Switanowski, president of Creative Business Consulting Group, partners with retailers to create and implement sales, marketing and inventory management strategies. Her four-hour session is tailored to the needs of pet retailers and touches on four major ways to keep their operation fresh, which include evolving with your audience, connecting with customers, modernization and engagement.

“There’s a long history of growth in the pet industry, but retail is challenging,” Switanowski said. “Consumers want the products pet retailers have to offer, but retailers have to understand how to maximize and go after these opportunities.”

In 2016, SuperZoo will feature more than 80 education sessions which is more than double the amount at similar shows in North America.

“Lynn’s session is going to be a must-see for retailers attending SuperZoo,” says Doug Poindexter, president of WPA. “She was handpicked by WPA to provide attendees the vital marketing tools they need to compete and thrive in today’s rapidly evolving marketplace.”
