Loving Pets to Host Book Signing for Pet Artist Ron Burns’ Tribute to the Dogs of 9/11 at SuperZoo 2016

June 29, 2016

Loving Pets, maker of treats, bowls and accessories for dogs and cats, has announced that the company will host world renowned pet artist Ron Burns at SuperZoo 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Tuesday, August 2, and Wednesday, August 3, at the Loving Pets booth #5231.

The book signing will raise awareness for the dogs that served during 9/11 and celebrate the launch of Burns’ “The Dogs of Ron Burns: A Tribute to the Dogs of 9/11,” which benefits Pet Partners, a program for therapy dogs. Some of the Pet Partners dogs and their handlers will join Burns in the booth.

“Ron Burns is one of the most celebrated artists in the world, through the unique and meaningful ways his art captures the special relationships with pets and the people that love them,” said Eric Abbey, President of Loving Pets. “We are honored to host Ron and Pet Partners’ therapy dogs in our booth at SuperZoo 2016 to help Ron build awareness around his new book that celebrates the brave service dogs and their handlers that served our country on 9/11.”

Burns’ book is available online as well as in New York City’s 9/11 Museum and several other military museums throughout the U.S. A portion of the book’s proceeds will be donated to Pet Partners to benefit their therapy animal programs, as some of the pet therapy dogs featured in Burns’ book were from Pet Partners.
