Kodo Acquires North American Precise and ANF Brands

Kodo, Inc. has purchased North American Precise brands and ANF brands from Texas Farm Products Company.

The products from these brands will still be made at the Texas Farm Products manufacturing plant in Nacogdoches, Texas.

Kodo, Inc will be growing the ANF and North American Precise brands worldwide, concentrating on brand building, customer service and awareness. The North American Precise sales team will be joining the company to enable a seamless transition.
