It’s That Time Again

It is officially July and in this industry, that means only one thing… SuperZoo. We are geared up and ready. First however, I want to announce that I am pleased to welcome two new staff members that will be with us at the show and going forward.

Our new East Coast account executive, Ric Rosenbaum, spent 19 years in the pet industry on the ad sales and publishing side at Bow Tie, Cat Fancy and Dog Fancy until 2009. After a number of years in financial services and banking, and missing the goings on in the pet industry, Ric is thrilled to be back with Pet Age.

The new Midwest account executive, Lorena Leggett has a lot of experience with digital marketing. She has a vast understanding of digital marketing technologies, Lorena has spent a lot of time helping companies find untapped revenue sources. She is very passionate about engaging audiences.

So if you see Ric or Lorena, or me or the rest of the team on the floor, please do not hesitate to pull us aside and say hello. We would love to know how we are doing!

Pet Age will also be holding our annual Distributor of the Year awards at SuperZoo. We had so much fun last year at the event. This year, we will hold the event at Morton’s. We have lots of surprises and I can’t wait to see everybody. It brought me a lot of joy last year to visit with all my industry peeps and this year, I get to do it again.

We will also have the usual set up this year with a booth on the floor. We are booth #16138 and we are in the thick of it all. We will have lots of new, never before seen issues for you to peruse. So come on by and see us because we would love to see you. See you there!
