HuggleHounds Launches Campaign to Benefit Wounded Warriors

HuggleHounds, a division of Allure Pet Products, has launched a new company-wide campaign entitled Hugs for Heroes.

Each year, Hugs for Heroes will direct a percentage of sales from a select HuggleHounds toy to support a chosen organization. As a successful and rapidly growing company dedicated to serving a core mission—keeping dogs and their owners happy and safe—this new program helps HuggleHounds shine a light on the amazing contributions both the chosen organization and the dogs they work with are making.

The organization selected as the beneficiary of the inaugural 2015 Hugs for Heroes campaign is Warrior Canine Connection.

Warrior Canine Connection is an organization that utilizes clinically based Canine Connection therapy to help wounded warriors reconnect with life, their families, their communities and each other and enlists recovering warriors in a therapeutic mission of learning to train service dogs for their fellow veterans.

The toy selected for the inaugural campaign is a HuggleHounds bestseller, the Knottie Moose. HuggleHounds will promote Hugs for Heroes and generate awareness of Warrior Canine Connection to their extensive retail and online partners and to consumers via web, social media and place-based initiatives.
