Seven major suppliers of British pet care products will be exhibiting their latest innovations in the British pavilion at Global Pet Expo in Orlando, Florida (20 to 22 March 2019).  Among the new products on offer will be an effective chicken coop locking door kit, natural foods for small animals, microfiber dog drying coats and towels, grooming products including scented colognes, dog beds, collars, life-enhancing superfood for dogs as well as the latest packaging solutions.

The British pavilion is being organized by PetQuip, the UK pet trade association, for the ninth consecutive year.  The British-branded and themed pavilion area will be located in the heart of the show floor and will include a British pet care information booth (4970) that will enable overseas buyers to source thousands of British products free of charge.

The British companies and their products are as follows:

ChickenGuard (Booth 4867), manufacturer of the innovative, automated chicken coop door opener, will be launching a new Locking Door Kit that is compatible with all versions of the ChickenGuard door opener.  The Locking Door’s innovative self-locking mechanism provides greater protection against predators as well as peace of mind and additional free time for chicken owners. With seven million chicken owners in America, ChickenGuard is leading the way in helping to keep their chickens safe.

Christies Global (Booth 4873) is recognized as one of Europe’s fastest growing grooming product ranges.  New to the US grooming market will be the Groom Professional brand. The range includes shampoos and conditioners designed especially for different coat types, as well as refreshingly scented colognes and coat sprays to detangle, add shine and give body to the coat.  Proudly innovative, Christies Global is continuously bringing new products to the grooming industry.

Digby & Fox (Booth 4871) will be showcasing its full range of dog equipment including new dog beds, collars and leads, all manufactured using unique colors and designs from tweeds and prints, as well as colored leather accessories for all breeds of dog.

Henry Wag (Booth 4972) is a first time exhibitor at Global Pet Expo.  The company will be introducing its new range of microfiber dog drying coats which quickly wick water from a dog’s fur to leave them fresh and dry.  Also new will be a noodle glove towel that effectively removes dirt and water following muddy walks. Henry Wag will also be exhibiting new additions to its travel range.  They are a Multi-mat travel rug to use at home, in the car or on location, and a Travel Snuggle bed for more adventurous travelers.

Law Print & Packaging (Booth 1458) will be showcasing its latest packaging innovations for pet food brands and manufacturers.  The flexible packaging supplier has recently answered demand for more sustainable packaging materials, developing new 100 per cent recyclable options exclusively for the pet food sector.  The team will be showcasing the newly launched BOPP Recyclable bags as well as PE/PE Mono Film pouches.

PetQuip (Booth 4970) is the International Trade Association of Pet Equipment Suppliers.  The PetQuip team assists and promotes the development of international trade in the pet equipment sector, providing a catalyst for business contact between UK manufacturers, suppliers and international buyers.  PetQuip has published the PetQuip Buyers’ Guide, which includes a directory of members’ product ranges, and copies will be available to all buyers visiting the PetQuip stand.

Rockster (Booth 4966) will be exhibiting its range of genuine life-enhancing superfood for dogs.  Created originally to transform the health of a street dog rescued from Naples who rejected commercial pet food, Rockster has been hailed as ‘more than just food’.  Using organic ingredients gently steamed from raw in the can, the scientifically formulated recipes include Fisherman’s Dream from Napoli, Duck a la Royale from Paris, Chicken Chantarella from St Moritz, and Sound of Game from Salzburg.

Supreme Pet Foods (Booth 1842) will be showing its ranges of Selective Naturals foods and treats.  Included in the range are Selective Naturals Country Loops with Carrot and Timothy Hay that are suitable for rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas and degus.  Another main product will be Selective Naturals Wilderness Loops with Apple, Linseed and Peanut that are ideal for hamsters, gerbils, rats and mice.
