GivePet Signs Distribution Deal with Pet Food Experts

February 21, 2019

Press release: GivePet

GivePet, a dog treat company that is focused on giving back to shelter dogs, has announced that it has partnered with Pet Food Experts to expand its distribution. GivePet will be distributed by Pet Food Experts to independent pet retailers in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Pacific Northwest.

“We are thrilled to partner with an organization like Pet Food Experts, a fourth-generation family owned business with incredible values and dedication to independent pet specialty retailers,” said GivePet owner Chris Dennis. “GivePet is a family owned business that gives back to rescues. This partnership will give us the opportunity to provide millions of treats to rescue dogs across the United States.”

GivePet aims to help shelter pets feel as special and loved as possible until they find their ‘furever’ homes. For every bag sold, they will donate enough treats for at least 10 shelter dogs. Treats are given directly to retailers to donate to their local shelter of choice. GivePet’s mission is to give treats to as many shelters and rescues as possible.

“GivePet is a company that not only provides a quality treat option for our independent pet retailers, but it gives them the ability to give back to rescue dogs in their communities,” says Antoine Seailles, market strategy manager at Pet Food Experts.

Pet Food Experts is a fourth-generation family owned and operated company headquartered in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Pet Food Experts delivers to over 4,000 retailers in 32 states out of five distribution centers located in Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Washington and Colorado.
