Press release: Frankly Pet

Frankly Pet is pleased to welcome Jenniffer Colon Marrero to its team as office and customer service manager. As part of her new role, she’ll be responsible for all aspects of the company’s customer service department, from connecting with distributors and completing website orders, to answering customers’ questions.

Additionally, Colon Marrero will oversee several other aspects of the business, including office operations, production, the company’s website, maintaining inventory and more. She’ll also serve as the company’s human resource contact and will be responsible for payroll and invoicing, as well as coordinating all office administrative activities, including organizing meetings, managing databases and communicating effectively with staff, suppliers and clients.

“Jenniffer’s dedication and attitude toward exceptional customer service align perfectly with our brand’s core values, and we’re excited for her to join our team,” said Alan Snyder, chief operating officer at Frankly Pet. “I’m confident she’ll play a key role in taking our office operations to the next level by delivering an outstanding experience to our customers.”

Prior to joining Frankly Pet, Colon Marrero was the office manager at Brother’s Consolidated Heating & Air Conditioning. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, exercising, traveling and creating memories with her husband and two children.

Frankly Pet was created as America’s alternative to traditional rawhide. The company believes in providing the highest quality products that are made in the U.S.A. with full traceability. That means pet parents can have peace of mind that they are giving their pets the very best products on the market. Frankly dog chews are packed with protein and collagen, which not only improves a dog’s coat, but also helps their joints.
