Earth Animal Takes on New Leadership Team

Earth Animal has added two new members to its senior ranks in preparation for its next phase of growth.

The family-owned, veterinary formulated product company offering treats (No-Hide), herbal remedies, supplements and Dr. Bob’s Wisdom Foods (launching this spring), welcomes Stewart Shanley as chief executive officer and Dr. Ryan Yamka as chief scientific officer. These appointments, coupled with Chris Moore’s promotion to chief operating officer, are designed to augment Earth Animal’s capabilities in growth management strategy, product innovation and operations.

“Company culture means so much to us, therefore, finding people who are purpose driven to lead our team is incredibly important,” said Dr. Bob and Susan Goldstein, co-founders of Earth Animal. “Over the past couple of years, we have been in search of the ideal team to help take our company to the next level. We know with the addition of Stewart and Ryan, our leadership team is fully in place. We have never been more excited about our company position, growth opportunities and ability to truly make a difference.”

“I have worked with Dr. Bob and Susan at different times over the past several years. My most recent consulting project on ingredient and product integrity this past summer, really paved the way for my decision to join the company,” said Dr. Yamka, formerly with Blue Buffalo. “After that project, I quickly realized that Earth Animal is a company of integrity, innovation and purpose and I knew I wanted to be a part of that.”
