Press release: International Federation of Dog Puller

The country and the city that will host the second Dog Puller World Championship were chosen! The owners and their pets will be welcomed in Hungary, in the ancient city of Sopron situated in the northwest of the country. The participants will compete in two main disciplines: “PULLER Running” and “PULLER Jumping.” The Championship will be held September 7-8, 2019.

To participate in Dog Puller World Championship, one has to get into the national ranking that is formed in the qualifying Dog Puller championships. The athletes willing to participate in Dog Puller championships may contact the head of the National Federation of their country. In the countries that do not have the National Federation, the participants-to-be can contact the head of the International Federation of Dog Puller, Varvara Petrenko, directly.

Participants from South Korea, Portugal, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Russia took part in the first World Championship in 2018 and PURINA Pro Plan was a general sponsor.

Petrenko commented: “We are glad that this wonderful sport becomes more and more popular. It is simple and accessible for the owners and any dog breeds. Each dog can achieve the great result after only several months of training with PULLER.”
