Press release: Choice Pet Products
Choice Pet Products, a distributor of high-quality pet brands and products, has recently announced its partnership with Northwest Naturals, a pet food brand manufacturing freeze-dried and frozen raw diet options for dogs and cats with natural and healthy ingredients. Choice Pet Products continues to expand its raw, frozen, and freeze-dried category offerings to include in its curated portfolio of premium brands.
“As raw and freeze-dried diets are becoming increasingly popular among pet parents, we are excited to offer Northwest Naturals as a premium quality ingredient option for our customers to satisfy that growing need,” said Janet Carter Smith, president of Choice Pet Products. “Northwest Naturals is the perfect partner because we both are on a mission to provide retailers with pet food options that are health-enhancing and life-prolonging, and we know customers will love their nutritionally dense, minimally processed, easy-pour products.”
Northwest Naturals is a fifth-generation family-owned and operated company at the forefront of being an environmentally friendly business. The Morasch family began their USDA human meat manufacturing facility in 1956. They got into raw pet food in 2004 following the same high USDA-set guidelines for human food. Northwest Naturals inspects all ingredients to pass USDA standards and has its own USDA inspector on-site for all production runs to ensure products are made with excellence and care every time.
Northwest Naturals has complete and balanced diets for dogs and cats, carrying nine different protein recipes for dogs and seven for cats, frozen or freeze-dried. In addition, they have a Raw Rewards treat line made from single ingredients, excellent for any pet with allergies and perfect for training. Northwest Naturals makes all products in their facility from beginning to end.
“Choice is a knowledgeable and energetic organization ready to serve pets in the Southeast. We are excited they are including Northwest Naturals in their lineup of quality pet products. This partnership is appreciated,” said Steven Morasch, owner of Morasch Meats and Northwest Naturals.
