In 1997, founder Matthew Bubear set out with a vision to deliver innovative and beautiful retail fixtures and fittings for the pet retail industry. Over the course of the last 20 years, CASCO Pet has made that vision a reality and pioneered many new products, evolving into a global leader in our industry.

“Our compelling design, superior quality and value for money sets us apart from our competition,” the company said in a press release. “CASCO has grown from a single office and warehouse based in the Sussex countryside, to a truly global company with additional offices and teams based in the USA, Germany, Portugal, France and Australia.”

To this day, the CASCO Pet team is still driven by the entrepreneurial spirit of its founder, Bubear, but it now have the added benefit of a diverse talent pool of experienced pet retail experts, and this has enabled CASCO Pet to constantly push new boundaries and successfully enter new markets.

CASCO is famous for designing large custom tanks, and over the years has worked on many high profile projects, such as the launch of Vauxhall’s Astra, building tanks to house the artworks for conceptual artist Damien Hirst, as well as the tanks that house The Natural History Museum’s giant squid and Thames Whale exhibits. CASCO has a history steeped in creating beautiful retail display solutions for a range of customers across the globe.

“Our strategy of continuous improvement has enabled us to foster a culture of innovation, giving us full control over the entire product development process, from initial concepts to build and installation. We have introduced many industry-first products over the years and always challenge ourselves to be different, to be better and to give our customers more,” CASCO Pet wrote.

Today, the company works with many of the pet industry’s leading chains, as well as independent pet retailers, vets, universities and colleges, research facilities and businesses that are looking to create a unique centerpiece for their premises.

“Over the last 20 years, we have been customer-focused, driven to provide customers all around the globe with the creative solutions that help them save money and increase revenues,” Bubear said. “We will continue to be the most customer-focused supplier in the industry over the next 20 years. Our success and longevity is due largely to the efforts of our talented people and their commitment to delivering our core values of innovation, quality craftsmanship and service.”

To kick off the anniversary celebration, CASO Pet announced its support of Chestnut Tree House, a Sussex, England-based children’s hospice caring for 300 children and young adults with progressive life-shortening conditions.

“We are truly proud that Chestnut Tree House will be our Charity of the Year. The CASCO Pet team will be participating in various fundraising initiatives throughout 2017 to raise vital funds for this exceptional facility, as well as volunteering time at the hospice and in their distribution center,” Bubear said. “We look forward to sharing our stories and fundraising efforts during the year.”
