Cardinal Voted Best Green Company to Work For

For the second year, Cardinal Laboratories has been voted the Best Green Company to Work For in a poll conducted by the Los Angeles News Group.

The poll, called Winning Workplaces, asked newspaper readers to vote for the best local companies to work for in the San Gabriel Valley, and Cardinal received the most votes in the “Green Company” category.

“This award is truly an honor because it is bestowed on us by our own employees,” said Tony deVos, president and CEO of Cardinal Laboratories, which markets its products under a variety of brands, including Pet Botanics, Crazy Pet, Furrever Devoted, Remedy + Recovery and Viva La Dog Spa. “To be voted ‘Best Green Company To Work For’ two years in a row shows we are doing a good job taking care of our people and creating a fun and happy workplace environment. This is something we are very proud of because our employees are like family to us–most have been here over 20 years.”

Another thing Cardinal takes great pride in is reflected in the “green” part of the award. The company has as its stated mission to be “planet-friendly while providing eco-friendly pet products that improve life for people and their pets.”
