CANOPHERA, LLC, a leading producer and distributor of all-natural coffee wood dog chews and other sustainably sourced chews, recently announced the expansion of its U.S. operations team. With expanded facilities and support based in New Bern, North Carolina, CANOPHERA has added new warehouse support, order specialist, customer service and private label. This expansion comes as a response to the company’s rapid growth and trajectory in the pet industry and to continue to serve indie pet retailers across the U.S. and Canada.

The new hires in warehouse support, customer service, and private label departments will play a crucial role in meeting the growing demand for CANOPHERA products. The Warehouse Support team will ensure efficient and timely delivery of direct and private label orders. The customer service and order specialist teams will provide exceptional support to customers and retailers. The private label team will work closely with retailers to develop customized packaging and branding for CANOPHERA products.

The four new members of the CANOPHERA team include:

● Nicole Perry as warehouse support and customer service.

● Alex Beaven, as private label support lead.

● L.T. as warehouse support and order specialist for all B2C and direct retailer order customers.

● Michael Thomas as warehouse support for private label customers.
