Ark Naturals Expands Sales Team, Appoints Operations Manager

Ark Naturals has announced expansions to its sales team and the appointment of a new operations manager.

Donna Williams has been appointed Ark Naturals’ Southeast regional manager, Linda Michael is now the company’s Northeast regional manager, and Suzi Kroeff will serve as an inside customer service representative. Erik Delgado has been promoted to Ark Naturals’ operations manager position.

Donna Williams has 30 years of experience in the pet industry. Williams specializes in sales and relationship building and will support retailers and distributor partners located in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Florida.

Linda Michael will support retailers and distributor partners located in the New England area. Michael has over 18 years of experience in the pet industry and specializes in sales, new product placement and building strong customer relationships.

Suzana Kroeff will support retailers with service calls, samples and assisting regional managers. Kroeff, a Brazilian native, has 10 years of experience in the pet industry and owned Drogauet Farmacia De Manupulacao Veterinaria, where she served as a licensed veterinarian until moving to the United States.

Erik Delgado joined the Ark Naturals team in 2007 and most recently served as the company’s shipping manager. Delgado will be responsible for managing day-to-day shipments and carrier vendor relationships as well as maintaining the company’s quality control and resolving customer issues.
