Adam’s Specialty Products Acquires Vision

Adam’s Specialty Products, LLC purchased the company assets of Vision Products Plus, Inc. on February 21, 2018. The Vision brands are being added to the CustomCages.com lineup of animal enclosure products. Orders are being taken and fulfilled for current inventory, and full availability of the Vision brands to both consumers and distributors is expected by March 31, 2018.

Vision Products Plus, Inc. has been producing innovative, high-quality animal enclosures for over two decades. The enclosures are popular with reptile and small animal hobbyists for their strength, durability, ease of use, and space-saving stacking and racking systems.

Vision enclosures will continue to be manufactured in the USA using the same processes that have maintained Vision’s consistently high quality. The engineers at CustomCages.com will apply some innovations that will increase the already considerable strength and durability, but the basic shape, size and functionality of the Vision products will not change.

What is today CustomCages.com was started by Keller in the basement of a modest college apartment where he turned his childhood hobby into a business providing quality custom enclosures to buyers for their pets. The enterprise was officially incorporated as Adam’s Specialty Products, LLC in 1998, and the first generation of “Cages By Design” products were born. After years of experimenting, listening to customer needs, and countless hours of engineering, Adam’s Specialty Products re-branded Cages By Design as Custom Cages and launched Custom Aquariums.

Serenity Aquarium and Aviary Services, a living display service company, is also a product of innovation and now has over a thousand service accounts over 14 states. Designing, building and servicing thousands of their own products allows the company to identify needs, innovate and create solutions.
