Mackenzie Shell has joined the North American team of New Zealand pet food manufacturer, Ziwi, where she offers best-in-class customer service to the company’s North American customers, manages distributor communications and provides administrative support to their expanding sales organization.

Shell managed a Kansas City pet specialty retail store for the past three years, developing in-depth knowledge of pet nutrition, as well as insight to the needs of both consumers and industry professionals. In addition to her full-time role with Ziwi, Shell is pursuing a marketing degree through Park University.
