UPP Signs Agreement with Austin and Kat

Seattle, Washington-based company Austin and Kat, purveyor of CBD wellness biscuits and oils for pets, recently penned a distribution agreement with United Pacific Pet (UPP) in an answer to growing demand for the company’s CBD wellness pet products.

“Demand for our biscuits and oils has skyrocketed, and we needed a way to keep up,” creator Kat Donatello said. “We’re excited to be working with UPP to provide our stores with a seamless order and fulfillment process, alongside some of the very best customer service in the industry.”

UPP is an independently-owned and -operated pet product distributor serving California, Nevada, Arizona and Hawaii.

“Extending our distribution to the west coast allows us to ultimately meet and help more pets and their owners,” Donatello said.

Austin and Kat began in Kat’s home kitchen in 2014 as a way to assist her aging dog Brady into his golden years with the help of a naturally occurring component of hemp called cannabidiol (CBD). It soon grew into a full-fledged product line of dog biscuits (offered in both 5-milligram and 2-milligram sizes) that are infused with full spectrum CBD, coconut oil, oats, apples, peanut butter, cinnamon and tumeric. Most recently added to its product lineup are Austin and Kat CBD hemp oils. With naturally occurring full spectrum CBD, wild Alaskan salmon oil and hemp seed oil, they are useful supplements for those pets who may have difficulty consuming the biscuits, or for cats. Oils are offered in 100-milligram bottles (for dogs and cats) and 300-milligram bottles (for dogs).

Austin and Kat says its CBD wellness products have been shown to ease pain, calm inflammation and quell anxiety. All products are created by hand, in small batches, using the very best all-natural, gluten-free and locally-sourced ingredients.
