Uckele Health & Nutrition Makes New Acquisition

“This acquisition is unique” said Mike Uckele, CEO. “My team at Uckele is very familiar with the Prudence brand. Uckele and Bergan joined forces in 2010 to develop an innovative line of pet supplements using superior ingredients and a unique delivery system; easy-open, single-serving stick packs.”
According to Uckele, although Prudence will now be identified as a Uckele brand, the Prudence product branding and formulas will remain unchanged.
The acquisition of the Prudence pet supplement line complements and expands Uckele’s strategy to offer a wider range of products and product forms, helping customers achieve optimal health for their pets.
The acquisition also expands Uckele’s product offerings to the pet trade, leading to business growth opportunities for both the company and its wholesale customers.
