As time goes by, manufacturers are diving further into their creative roots to expand their repertoire of innovations and retailers are refining their knowledge in order to present those innovations to the customers in ways that strongly resonate with them. Whether it’s through direct communication or displaying the products in an artistic manner, every effort by both retailers and manufacturers is geared towards developing a deeper connection with consumers.
Currently, pet owners are gravitating towards the latest products on the market that feature a human touch. But contrary to popular belief, the act of giving pets humanized products doesn’t necessarily mean humanizing animals.
While some pet parents may choose to do so, and there are an assortment of products that meet their needs, the majority of humanized products on the market are products that have either worked for humans and have transitioned over to the pet industry or feature attributes that click with the consumers purchasing for their pets.
For example, many CBD products began as products for humans and after witnessing the benefit of them, they have become known on the market for helping pets’ overall health and wellbeing as well. Or the products may come in shapes or colors or patterns that fascinate the pet owner, like sports jerseys or toys modeled after cartoon characters.
No matter what type of humanized product consumers are looking for, each one still encapsulates the needs of the pet.
Dog owners specifically are looking for products that truly reflect their canine being “man’s best friend.” These products provide dogs with the benefit, comfort and durability of any other high-quality dog product, but feature some type of human twist.
From clothing to toys, the following products add a bit of fun and individuality to the lives of humans and their pups. Because keeping both owner and dog happy and healthy is how manufacturers and retailers continue to grow and provide them with exactly what they’re looking for.
