Phillips Pet Food & Supplies Appoints Todd Shelton CEO

Shelton brings more than 25 years of distribution leadership and a track record of growth across numerous industries. He joins Phillips after most recently serving as an officer of Essendant Inc., a supplier of workplace essentials.
