Pet Industry Woman of the Year Winners Announced

Listen to this articleDuring this week’s Pet Connections Expo, the Women in the Pet Industry Network announced those who an independent panel of judges chose as this year’s Women of the Year winners.
The 2018 Advocate Winner and Pet Industry Woman of the Year is Dr. Judy Morgan, DVM, of Naturally Healthy Pets.
The other Women of the Year winners are:
Corporate Winner: Carol Borden with Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs, Inc
Entrepreneur Winner: Peggy Hoyt with PetFriendly.Love
Rising Star Winner: Yasaar Nakchbendi with Chirpy Cats
Solopreneur Winner: Jen Reeder with Divided Sky
“These women are deserving of these awards as they are true leaders in the pet industry. You can look forward to many great things from them in the future,” Shawna Schuh of Women in the Pet Industry Network said in an email. “Thank you for what you do!”
