Pet Healthy Holdings LLC entered into a formative licensing agreement with NoScentNaturals, Corp, to be the U.S. distributor of a Europe pet odor eradicator.

Perfect Litter, a member of the Pet Healthy Family brand of consumable pet products owned and manufactured in the U.S. by Pet Healthy Holdings, LLC. was selected by NoScentNaturals Corp. to be the first U.S. based manufacturer of cat litter to utilize the No Scent odor elimination technology. Perfect Litter was selected because of its ultra-lightweight and 24/7 feline wellness monitoring, as the litter turns color if the cat’s pH is abnormally high.
