Just Pets Catalog Debuts
Retailers looking for a unique assortment of high-quality
pet products at reasonable prices need look no further than
Just Pets, a new business-to-business wholesale catalog spearheaded
by executives at LittleGifts Inc. (Massapequa, N.Y.).
The first catalog, mailed in July to 8,000 pet stores, grooming
salons, pet boutiques and gift stores offering pet products,
featured items from five strong players in different market
segments—Dog American Style (San Diego), LittleGifts,
Pet Rageous Designs (Burlington, Mass.), Prince Lorenzo Borghese
Royal Treatment Pet Spa (New York) and Sandicast (Santa Ana,
Calif.).
According to Daniel Troiano, chief executive officer for
LittleGifts, the next quarterly catalog will feature products
from up to 15 manufacturers and will mail to 15,000 stores.
In addition, he said, all catalogs will be supported by outbound
telemarketing efforts to generate orders as well as leads
for all participants.
