Interzoo Set for May 2006
Described by organizers as the most important event in the global
pet supplies industry, Interzoo will take place May 11-14, 2006,
at the Exhibition Centre Nuremberg in Nuremberg, Germany.
Based on preliminary registration numbers, organizers are
very optimistic about the biennial show. “Compared with
the level of registrations two years ago, we have 18 percent
more exhibitors from Germany, Europe and other continents,
and a growth of 20 percent for the space occupied,”
said Hans-Jochen Büngener, chairman of the exhibition
committee. “The registrations include both new suppliers
and old exhibitors who have made a quick decision. This means
we can again expect over 1,000 exhibiting companies at Interzoo
2006.”
Promoted by Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft Zoologischer Fachbetriebe
GmbH (Nuremberg, Germany), Interzoo 2006 will showcase a host
of products for companion animals and horses, boutique items,
and garden and garden pond products.
Suppliers of raw materials, measuring instruments, processing
machinery and packing machinery will display their wares in
a pet food technology exhibition. In addition, pet food technology
will be addressed in a special symposium on May 11.
