Super-Dog Open House Holds First Open House
A total of 225 buyers from 145 retail stores perused product lines offered by more than 90 manufacturers during Super-Dog Pet Food Co.'s first open house, June 19-21 at the Hyatt Regency Golf and Spa Resort in Cambridge, Md.
Guests of the Leola, Pa.-based distributor also partook of golfing and fishing events as well as spa treatments.
Four retailers won big prizes offered by Super-Dog:
• Muddy Pawz (Ocean City, Md.), a seven-day, six-night trip to Cancun, Mexico. valued at $3,000.
• Pet Paradise (Bloomfield, N.J.), a cash prize of $2,500.
• Pet Village (Wilmington, Del.), a cash prize of $2,000.
• Pet Loft (Mount Airy, Md.), a Hyatt weekend package valued at $1,000.
Super-Dog now plans to make the open house an annual event.
