Zoo Honored at Global Pets Forum
Kölle Zoo, a pet retailer in Stuttgart, Germany, received
the 2007 Global Pets Award during Global Pets Forum, held Jan.
18-19 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The award, presented by Pets International Magazine (Amersfoort,
Netherlands), was based on online voting by the magazine’s
readers as well as voting by conference attendees.
A total of 217 people from 24 countries attended the eighth
edition of the conference, which offered a series of sessions
based on a “Pet Retail: Private Label and Consumer Brands
Compete!?” theme.
Also during the conference, participants celebrated the 40th
anniversary of WZF GmbH, organizer of the Interzoo trade show.
Pets International presented the company with a painting titled
“Meeting” by Toos van Holstein.
