Learn Pet CPR at Backer’s Spring Trade Show
Pet Tech will present an in-depth seminar on pet first aid on April 3 in conjunction with H.H. Backer’s Pet Industry Spring Trade Show and Educational Conference in Baltimore.
The comprehensive four-hour seminar, led by Mary Oquendo and Beth Cristiano, will cover pet first aid, primary pet assessment, rescue breathing and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It also will cover how to restrain and muzzle dogs, how to deal with choking, bleeding, shock, fractures, poisoning and seizures, along with other ailments. Snout-to-tail assessments will also be covered.
The course, limited to the first 30 participants, costs $99. The fee includes a 40-page workbook, certificate and wallet card good for two years.
