FriendshipCollar, makers of premiere vegan fashion accessories created to strengthen the bond between pets and pet owners, announced the launch of their FriendshipCollar Loves Rescues campaign.

FriendshipCollar Loves Rescues will help rescue animals around the world find their true best friend and their forever homes. All the dogs involved will be photographed wearing their FriendshipCollar and the matching bracelet will be waiting with them for their “new best friend” to come and collect. Each dog will also have their story featured on the FriendshipCollar website to provide the highest possible chance of adoption.

“We thought it would be a great way to increase the exposure for some of the overlooked lonely pups that are in great need of love and friendship,” the company stated. “We hope this campaign will connect people and pets and create lifelong friendships. We believe that every pooch should find their forever home and that every human should have a best friend with paws.”

To launch the campaign, FriendshipCollar teamed up with Florida Little Dog Rescue at Global Pet Expo in Orlando, Florida, who had brought many adoptable puppies to the exhibition show to help them find their new homes. FriendshipCollar dressed all the rescue dogs in accessories for playing in the FriendshipCollar booth and walking the show floor. The program was a success, resulting in all 28 dogs being adopted. Each new owner was given a bracelet matching the collar of their newly adopted pet.

“It was an instant match when I held her,” said Travis Maclean, who adopted one of the dogs. “I plan on giving her the best life.”
