The Flitter Fly is a new take on motion cat toys. A gentle fan blows colorful butterflies and lightweight feathers around a clear bowl, allowing cats to poke paws through the top to try to catch what’s inside. The fan speeds up, slows down and occasionally stops to vary movement.
