Fetching Communications, a public relations, social media and marketing agency exclusively serving businesses in the pet and veterinary industries, has announced the addition of nine accounts to its client roster.

These clients include The American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM), The American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists (ACVO) Annual National Service Animal Eye Exam Event, biOrb, Avenelle Turner, John Paul Pet, Kuranda Beds, Natural Paws, Torus and VetSpecialists.com.

The American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of animals and people through education, training and certification of specialists in veterinary internal medicine.

The American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists (ACVO) 9th Annual National Service Animal Eye Exam Event provides free eye screening exams to eligible Service Animals across the U.S. and Canada throughout the month of May. Since its inception in 2008, over 45,000 Service Animals have received free screenings.

The biOrb line of aquariums was developed in 1999 to provide fish enthusiasts with a unique design and smart, low maintenance system unlike other products on the market. Now managed by OASE Living Water’s North American consumer division, biOrb is well-known to consumers, decorators and environmentalists.

Avenelle Turner, DVM, DACVIM (Medical Oncology) is a public educator about veterinary oncology as well as pet wellness and care, and the senior board certified veterinary medical oncologist and lead investigator for clinical trials at Veterinary Cancer Group in Los Angeles, California.

John Paul Pet, a leading grooming and hygiene product line dedicated to the proper care of all pets, follows the philosophy of founder John Paul DeJoria, who changed the professional salon industry by banning animal testing for his line of hair products.

Kuranda Beds are used in thousands of animal shelters and boarding kennels. The company’s “Donate a Bed” program has enabled animal shelters and rescues all over the country to receive free dog and cat beds from supporters.

Natural Paws provides comfort for dogs through holistic remedies to relieve common skin ailments to help keep paws, skin and ears healthy.

Torus, from Heyrex, is the go-anywhere water bowl for both dogs and cats. It stores carbon-filtered water inside its walls to ensure automatic replenishment and protect against dust and contaminates.

VetSpecialists.com was developed in 2015 as a partnership between the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) and the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (ACVS) to provide education about diseases and conditions affecting animals and to increase awareness of veterinary specialty medicine.

“Fetching Communications appreciates the uniquely meaningful missions promoted by all of these pet and veterinary businesses,” said Liz Lindley, CEO of Fetching Communications and PetPR.com. “Through customized campaigns, we will help them to stand out, engage and grow.”
