Bentley’s Pet Stuff and TV host and entrepreneur Marcus Lemonis have acquired the Chicago-area pet products store Dogaholics.

Lemonis is the host of The Profit, a reality series on CNBC. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Dogaholics, opened by Candace D’Agnolo in 2006, specializes in natural pet products. Its pledge to offer premium wet and raw pet foods completely by-products aligned with the Bentley’s Pet Stuff mission.

Bentley’s said that the location will be remodeled over the coming months. Following the acquisition, the management and support team of Dogaholics will continue to work at the newly merged business.

Bentley’s Pet Stuff sells natural food, toys, grooming products and treats.
