Listen to this articleThe International Boarding & Pet Services Association (IBPSA) and Crystal Canine have once again joined forces to create a pet care services industry survey.
Data from the survey will provide insight into the industry as a whole and provide averages and benchmarks for individual businesses.
The confidential online survey is open until May 31, 2016, and requires 2015 financial information. The survey was created by a professional research firm, who will also analyze the data.
