APPMA Management Conference Set for November
The American Pet Products Manufacturers Association (Greenwich,
Conn.) will hold a management conference Nov. 9-10 at the Rio
Hotel in Las Vegas, Nev.
The management conference, the association’s first
in five years, will feature industry experts who will share
inside knowledge and experience as well as speakers from outside
the pet industry who will offer new perspective and ideas,
according to Bob Vetere, chief operating officer and managing
director of APPMA. Presentations will cover the state of the
pet industry, the growing global awareness of the pet products
industry, recognizing growth opportunities, identifying and
exploring new markets, and how companies can share in the
success of the industry.
”This is an excellent opportunity for business leaders
within the industry to hear the most current information on
pet industry trends from leading experts to gain a competitive
edge,” Vetere said.
The conference will begin with a golf event on Nov. 8.
