2016 IBPSA Pet Care Services Educational Conference and Trade Show Set for Las Vegas in October

From October 18-20, 2016, at the Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, pet care professionals from across the country, and internationally, will gather for the 2016 IBPSA Pet Care Services Educational Conference and Trade Show.

The business-focused conference includes a schedule of over 30 sessions designed to inspire and educate the owners, managers and key employees of pet care service businesses, including pet care boarding facilities, dog daycares, groomers and more. Industry experts will address key issues and opportunities such as customer service, facility maintenance, caring for geriatric and special needs pets, HR, marketing, standard operating procedures, work-life balance, financial analysis and technology.
